the hotel's architecture was a visual treat , each floor showcased unique designs by different architects. the staff were genuinely nice and always ready to assist , i appreciated their warm hospitality. i found several restaurants and cafes located within a short walk , it was quite convenient.
my room lacked tea or coffee making facilities , this was inconvenient. the fridge was not stocked with any drinks , it was also not working properly. i was told the fridge was not there to chill anything , this was quite strange.

The room i had lacked basic amenities i expect. There was no kettle for making tea and not even instant coffee provided. I found this very disappointing.

The room was not very clean. I requested twice for someone to clean the fridge. The condition of the rooms is dated, and the quality of service seems subpar.

the breakfast offered many options. the metro was nearby giving good access to the city center. the grounds seemed quite large. the bar area was nice.
the hotel takes a deposit off your bank card on arrival and only refunds it when you leave.
